These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from DOSNA.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All product returns are subject to DOSNA Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

• You are required to pay on every order the specified price for the goods you order as well as all the delivery and handling fees as itemised a at checkout time.
• Your payment is processed securely using 128-bit encryption by PayPal, and your credit card details will not be stored by DOSNA.
• Payment must be received in full and before the goods are dispatched.
• All payments are shown in US Dollars.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account login details must be kept secret and not provided to anyone else. DOSNA will not accept responsibility for unauthorised use of your username and password details by a third party. You hereby agree to indemnify DOSNA in connection with any authorised or unauthorised use of your user name or password.
DOSNA reserves the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.

PRODUCTS
DOSNA endeavvours to provide accurate and up to date product descriptions and images, however owing to supplier variations products may vary slightly from those shown. Additionally, small imperfections may appear in the sheepsking hide of the shoes provided. These are natural and make your product unique, and not flaws in the manufacturing process.

TAXES
International orders may be subject to local import taxes/duties in your country. Import taxes, if applicable to your country, are your responsibility to be settled with your local customs authority, and are not paid for by DOSNA.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
DOSNA respects, considers important and protects the privacy interests and information of Web users. We make this commitment to all visitors to any DOSNA web site. We are committed to protecting any information you provide while visiting our sites.
Of course, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and DOSNA can not guarantee that your information is 100% secure. Any transmission of data on or through the use of DOSNA's site is at your own risk.

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. DOSNA may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

DELIVERY AND ORDER

• 
  All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by DOSNA.
  
• DOSNA may vary prices on reasonable prior notice to you.
• DOSNA or its agent, will deliver goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by DOSNA as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by DOSNA to be authorised to receive the goods.
• If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. DOSNA may refuse to deliver goods, if the person receiving goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
• If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, DOSNA may charge you additional delivery fees.
• Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
• Every 2nd item delivered free applies only to order delivery, and is not applicable to returns.
• DOSNA reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities, when supplying resellers and distributors.
• As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
• Any order cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation fee to cover administrative overheads. Cancellation requests after the dispatching of goods will be treated in accordance with DOSNA Returns Policy.
• DOSNA uses reputable and reliable delivery services to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible. However, DOSNA is not responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries to the wrong address. Should any delivery problems be encountered, we will do our best to resolve the problem and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that DOSNA are not affiliated with the American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation and their UGG Australia brand.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels are dynamic and change frequently, therefore some lines may only be available for a limited time for online purchase.
In the event that you have purchased a shoe which for some reason is not available in our warehouse, we will aim to track the shoe down for you and notify you of any delays within two business days.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
We deliver via UPS (United Parcel Service).
A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the package. If not, UPS will leave a note and the package will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection by you.
For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.

DELIVERY TIMING
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving them.
Delivery of items normally takes 2-6 business days after dispatch depending on destination.
