International Delivery
We use several leading delivery companies. The majority of our deliveries are made by Fedex, including most international orders, and UPS for US and Canada orders.

We deliver to almost every country. For international delivery services, we use Fedex International Priority, a high quality, fast delivery service. Prices are provided based on the weight of the order; this is calculated when you reach the checkout.

Airmail
Many products are now available to our international customers via the Airmail International Signed For service. For orders up to 10kg in weight, we are able to ship using cost-effective Airmail services. Airmail delivery takes around 3 days within the South East Asia, slightly longer for the rest of the World. Full details can be found on the UPS website.
Delivery Rates
Our Fedex service is typically 50% less than list pricing. Delivery is priced by weight and an accurate, confirmed delivery cost is provided on the checkout shipping page. Use our shipping estimator in the shopping cart to view exact shipping prices for your order.
If you wish to organise collection of your order(wholesale orders only), please contact us.
Multiple Warehouses
We may ship from several different warehouses depending upon the type of products ordered. This allows us to locate stock in the most efficient way and link to transport hubs. Orders made up of different products may therefore occasionally arrive separately and via different couriers. We operate a next business day service throughout Australia, so items may be delivered up to 5pm.

Fast & Easy Returns on Boots!
Dosna.com values you as a customer, and wants you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If you aren’t happy with your new boots, we will return or exchange them for free for up to 14 days. Boots in new condition may still be returned after 14 days, but a $5 handling fee will be applied.
1. For your convenience we will provide free return shipping on all unworn boots. We will send you a free shipping return label to send the boots back to us in the original packaging with all paperwork included. You may return your unworn boots for a period of up to 30 days.
2. Unworn boots with defects in appearance or construction may also be returned under the guidelines above.
*Please note that boots with damage, cuts, burns or abrasions caused by heat exposure, acid or chemicals cannot be returned.
Request a Return
To request a return, please email sales@dosna.com. If your request is made within the allotted time period, we will issue a free return merchandise label to you by mail or email. If we email you the return label; simply tape the label to your box and drop off at any shippers shipping location. If we mail you a label it will be a UPS label; simply tape the label to your box and drop off at any UPS shipping location. We will exchange or refund your boots within 5-7 days of delivery.
All returns must be shipped to manufacturers address.
Please include all original packaging with all returns, and write the reason for the return on the packing slip provided. Manufacturer will inspect the boots before a refund or exchange is issued.
Boots returned after the time period has expired must be returned at the customer’s cost and will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
